Who Can Become a Promoter?

The promoter program is designed for active members of the dance community who want to support WZF and introduce the festival to dancers in their local community.

Whether you are a teacher, DJ, organizer, community leader or simply passionate about Brazilian Zouk, we would love to have you on our team.

What You’ll Receive

As a WZF Promoter, you will receive a personal discount code to share with your community.
You can earn festival passes based on the number and type of registrations made using your code:

• 12 points: One FREE Full Pass
• Full Pass: 1 point
• Lambada Track Pass: 0.5 points
• Party Days & Nights Pass: 0.5 points

Reward options may also be available to groups that collect fewer than 12 points.

How It Works

Share your personal discount code with your community and encourage dancers to join Warsaw Zouk Festival. We kindly ask promoters to:

• Actively promote WZF within their dance community
• Share festival content regularly on social media
• Encourage registrations through their personal discount code
• Help maintain a healthy balance between leaders and followers
• Represent the welcoming and inclusive spirit of WZF

A promoter’s group must collect at least 12 points to receive one complimentary Full Pass.
