Become a WZF Volunteer
Join the Warsaw Zouk Festival team, experience the event from behind the scenes, and help us create an unforgettable festival for dancers from around the world.
You will still have time to dance, attend classes, meet new people and enjoy the festival.
What You’ll Receive
In exchange for approximately 13–15 hours of volunteering, you will receive a VIP Pass for Warsaw Zouk Festival 2027.
You will also:
- Become part of the WZF team
- Gain behind-the-scenes festival experience
- Meet dancers and artists from around the world
- Help create the atmosphere that makes WZF special
Volunteer Responsibilities
Volunteer shifts usually last between 2.5 and 4.5 hours. Tasks may include:
- Assisting at the registration desk and festival office
- Providing information to participants
- Checking wristbands
- Supporting the organizational team
- Selling merchandise and T-shirts
- Providing translation assistance when needed
- Driving artists or assisting with transportation when needed
We always try to accommodate volunteers’ preferences and availability. However, some flexibility is required, as we cannot guarantee everyone’s preferred tasks or schedule.
If you need to withdraw from the volunteer program, please inform us as soon as possible.
